巨磁电阻效应的发现大幅度提升了磁记录存储密度,引发了一场磁记录的技术革命。电子的自旋属性由此受到科学界和产业界的高度重视。之后,很多新的自旋电子学器件应运而生。同时,一个新的研究领域,即自旋电子学问世。通过电场、磁场、光场、应力场等各种外场,操控电子的自旋方向以及自旋输运行为已经成为当前凝聚态物理中的最重要研究课题之一。
为促进同行在自旋电子学材料制备、物理性质研究及器件制备等方面的深度交流,促进科研发展与创新,特举办本次小型研讨会。诚邀各位专家参会,也欢迎感兴趣的同学参加!
